1. LESSONS:

• We provide all basic books and learning materials for you.

• All lesson notes will be in jpeg format that you can view at your leisure.

• All lessons are done online or at the school or in your home/workplace.

• All lessons are prepaid ahead of time monthly (one day before first class of cycle of four/eight classes i.e. cycle of four weeks).

• All lessons in the home must have an adult present in the home.

2. PAYMENT:

• A fee of Rs.500/- is required on registration.

• The school reserves the right to alter the fees from time to time. Such alterations will be notified in writing in advance.

• All lessons are prepaid ahead of time either individually (24 hours before the scheduled lesson time) or monthly (one day before first class of cycle of four/eight classes i.e. cycle of four weeks).

• No refunds allowed under any circumstances either than those at the fault of Sandeep Dahiya Guitar Lessons and/or the lesson teacher.

• Any payment changes must be made communicated to Sandeep Dahiya Guitar Lessons in writing. Please email at our official email id.. All changes must be known to Sandeep Dahiya Guitar Lessons at least 7 days before the proposed change would take effect.

• Monthly Memberships are a flat monthly fee. A cycle of four classes.  The membership fee is dependent upon the one chosen by the student (payee) for the month. See the Calendar for more details.

3. CANCELLATION:

• A 7-day notice required if you wish to cancel your membership. This must be communicated in writing to Sandeep Dahiya Guitar Lessons and your lesson teacher at least 7 days before the next billing cycle (the class of cycle of four classes).

• Cancellation will be effective the 1st of the month following one's written cancellation notice being received. You may withdraw the cancellation at any time before it takes effect, but your teacher and/or time slot cannot be guaranteed.

• Sandeep Dahiya Guitar Lessons DOES NOT provide tuition refund under any circumstances, except in the case of our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

• Sandeep Dahiya Guitar Lessons reserves the right to terminate membership, in which case prorated tuition will be refunded.

4. MISSED LESSONS: 

• If you can't make a lesson and need to do a make-up, that's fine (please remember our 24-hour Cancellation Policy above). You will have those make-up lessons until the end of the month. All lessons paid for at the beginning of the month must used by the end of the same month. Cycle of four/eight classes, i.e four weeks.

• NO refund will be provided for missed lessons.

• A Make-up Lesson will be issued when a lesson is cancelled with at least 24-hour advance written notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will not qualify for a Make-up Lesson (This includes being sick the day of a scheduled lesson).

5. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: 

• Unless requested in writing, Sandeep Dahiya  Guitar Lessons is granted permission to take photographs/videos of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials Sandeep Dahiya Guitar Lessons creates.  Permission is also hereby granted for Sandeep Dahiya Guitar Lessons to copyright such photographs in its name.

Policies are effective upon enrollment.
